Rehoboth Toddler Dies at the Hands of His Mother

This case is a good illustration of how important it is for EVERYONE to be involved in child abuse prevention. This mother clearly has some serious mental health issues. We all need to keep our eyes and ears open and intervene when we see parents struggling with the responsibilities of parenting. Could this child have been saved if a family member or neighbor had provided support to this family? If you see a parent struggling - offer help and if you think a child is in danger - call your state's child protective services hotline!
